On May 11, Sotheby PV network learned that the centralized procurement of photovoltaic modules of Guangdong hydropower in 2022 has been officially opened.
The bidding announcement shows that this bidding is divided into two bid sections. Among them, bid section I requires 540W and above single-crystal single-sided high-efficiency components, with an estimated capacity of 500MW; bid section II requires 540W and above single-crystal double-sided high-efficiency components, with an estimated capacity of 1500MW.
It is understood that the bid inviter and the winning enterprise will adopt the mode of "framework agreement + purchase contract" and set up a price adjustment mechanism in advance on the basis of the bid price (including the freight of 0.02 yuan / W per thousand kilometers). When the tenderee has actual demand, it shall issue purchase orders to the successful bidder. The actual supply quantity shall be subject to the effective order quantity formed by the photovoltaic project invested by the enterprise or EPC photovoltaic project contracted by the tenderee. The arrival acceptance quantity of the procurement contract is the actual settlement quantity, and the unit price and price adjustment mechanism in the equipment list of the framework agreement are used as the settlement basis. The bid winner confirms the order with the photovoltaic construction project company affiliated to Guangdong hydropower or its subsidiaries or the EPC general contractor of the photovoltaic project, signs the procurement contract, and organizes the supply according to the procurement contract.
Judging from the bid opening, a total of 13 enterprises participated in the bidding, of which one enterprise only voted for the double glass bid section, and the other enterprises chose to bid for two bid sections at the same time. In terms of price, the lowest bid price of single-sided single glass components is 1.865 yuan / W, and the highest bid price is 1.940 yuan / W, with an average of 1.906 yuan / W, of which the average quotation of six first-line brand enterprises is 1.926 yuan / W; The lowest bid price of double-sided double glass components is 1.88 yuan / W, and the highest bid price is 1.960 yuan / W, with an average of 1.931 yuan / W, of which the average quotation of six first-line brand enterprises is 1.953 yuan / W.
In this bidding, the price difference between single and double glass components has been widened, with an average of 0.029 yuan / W. Specifically, only four enterprises (including two first-line brand enterprises) adhere to the price difference of 0.02 yuan / W, and the other four first-line brand enterprises all bid according to the price difference of 0.03 yuan / W. In addition, the price difference between single and double sides in the bidding of three enterprises is more than 0.05 yuan / W. The price index of auxiliary materials released by soby consulting on May 6 shows that the price of glass has increased by 3.64%, mainly due to cost support, which will have a certain impact on the price of components.
